We had a great experience with Westchester Automated Gate. They are reliable, professional, and friendly!
Our front gate was installed by them a long time ago and we didn’t have any issues until recently. The gate started malfunctioning so I called them yesterday for the first time in many years, and was able to get a service appointment this morning. It was a pleasure to work with Chris. He is very knowledgeable and kind. The issue was solved - An ant’s colony was found in the gate control board!! and the sensor alignment needed to be readjusted. And, I really appreciated that he not only fixed the immediate issue but also spent time for maintenance work, greasing the metal parts of the gate and cleaning/polishing the control panel. It looks like new again!

We hired Westchester Gate to switch our driveway gate from solar to wired electric power. The initial gate install by another company also had some issues with set up for remote and keypad activation.
Westchester did an incredible job, in less than 3 hours, of replacing the equipment so it could work with electric power and also fixed the issues with the remote and keypad.
They are clear and consistent through the entire process of inspecting the gate, giving instructors for the electrical work, and carrying out the changes.

A+++🙌!!! I have searched high and low for YEARS to find a great company for automated driveway gates! I interviewed about 6 companies, some from as far as 2 hours north of my town to make sure I wasn’t getting overcharged with the bids. Westchester Gates leaves everyone in the dust. They are prompt, responsive, they have excellent employees who really understand the technology side of the automated gates, and they have been a delight from start to finish. They fabricated a new set of custom gates, they are more gorgeous than I could have anticipated. They also provided service for an older set of gates on a different property, and updated the key pad. I now have a “degree in driveway gates”-if you are dealing with a bad company, your life will be riddled with annoyances every time your gates malfunction (which will be often!), I give Westchester Gates ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, they have improved my quality of life, it is such a relief!

Result was a team of three came in Chris(senior), Kenny and Chris(junior). They spent over 4 hours and did a beautiful job. Chris(senior) who has been here before was the lead and as always did a really great job.
