Annual Service Contracts

THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A SERVICE CONTRACT INCLUDE:

We will come out two times per year to service your gate during the Spring and Fall.

We will inspect and test your system and make any necessary adjustments to insure proper operation. Should your gate be in need of repair or if the technician notes the system is not working properly, we will inform you and advise you of what steps should be taken. This preventative maintenance could prevent a small problem from becoming a large one.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE HYDRAULIC OPERATORS, THE FALL SERVICE ALSO INCLUDES CHANGING THE OIL, WHICH WE RECOMMEND HAVING DONE ONCE A YEAR.

Reduced Labor Rate

From time to time, you may need to have your gate serviced due to damage or simple wear and tear. Contract holders receive a reduced labor rate. We have hourly rates for service during business hours and a separate rate for emergency, weekend or holiday service.

Contracts run yearly from January 1st – December 31st.

We do offer a commercial service contract for commercial or gated communities. Please call our offices for more information regarding this option.
