Jerry Lewis - CEO and President

The first 30 years of Jerry’s career spanned land development, real estate, e-commerce, digital strategy, and enterprise transformation. Now, Jerry is proud to transform homes, estates, and properties with fencing, custom entrance gates, iron railings, and to secure them through digital access control solutions.

Owning and operating a company that is an integral part of the local community and economy has been a lifelong dream of Jerry’s.  Jerry sees a tremendous opportunity for company growth both locally and regionally in the areas in which the company currently operates, and in adjacent areas of the home and commercial improvement and maintenance value chains.

Andrew Shields - Vice President and COO

Andrew’s career has spanned 15 years across asset-intensive industries with a background in engineering, finance, and innovation. Andrew loves being a builder and getting involved with all aspects of the business with experience ranging from heavy construction, metals fabrication, transportation, strategy consulting and even executive recruiting. Armed with civil engineering and business degrees, Andrew’s passion is combining physical and real-world projects with the right people, culture, and business opportunities. Andrew lives in Chappaqua and is a proud father of two young girls.

Loretta Christiano - Director of Client Services

Loretta started with the firm in 2004 as the Office Manager.  Loretta soon found herself in the new and exciting role of creating a client service department for the newly formed Westchester Automated Gate and she has never looked back.  Loretta has played an integral role in developing and maintaining long term client relationships for automated gate installation, maintenance, and service.

James Huber - Director of Gate Installations

James started here 16 years ago with the ability to weld and an eagerness to learn.  James demonstrated an aptitude for the evolving technology of automated gates, in addition to having the hands-on know-how to tackle any gate construction, repair or maintenance issue.  James now leads our Gate IT department, supervises our Gate Installation teams, and ensures every gate installation delivers the outcomes our customers expect.

Chris Bellissimo - Director of Gate Service and Repair

Fences and automated gates have been the family business for Chris from childhood.  He has been the lead service technician for Westchester Automated Gate since its inception more than 25 years ago.  His skills have evolved with the industry making him one of the best in the business.  Our clients, our team, and the industry looks to Chris for guidance and leadership.

James Matthews – Integrated Project Manager and Director of Operations

James graduated from Pace with a degree in Business Management and found that he was drawn to the complexity of the construction industry.  After working in various aspects of construction he came to the firm with a broad depth of knowledge that serves our fence and automated gate clientele well.  He is well known for his expertise in equestrian property requirements as well as for Project Management of Gate Installations.  In his capacity of Director of Operations, James maintains our fleet and capital equipment, oversees Salem Iron Works, and manages logistics.

Frank Fischetti - Senior Sales Executive

Frank started his career with a passion for set design.  Early on, he discovered how quality fence installation contributes to creating beautiful outdoor spaces and he has never looked back.  Frank has over 35 years of experience in the fence industry from chain link to high end custom design. Frank started with the firm in 2008 working with homeowners and top landscape designers to bring quality fence and automated gate installation to the Hudson Valley and Connecticut.

John Mackey – Senior Sales Executive

John came to the firm in 2016 with 35 years of experience in fence starting as a helper, moving up to foreman, and then sales and project management for fences and automated gates.  John takes pride in building good relations with his customers and his installation teams.  His good-natured attitude shines through in the improvements he and his teams add to outdoor spaces.

Jessica Braun - Accounting Manager

Jessica joined us in 2024.  In addition to managing the companies books, Jessica oversees payroll, and assists with employee relations, marketing and sakes activities. Her background spans accounting and financial reporting, as well as marketing and digital commerce.
