Service 1: Spring Tune-Up
As nature reawakens, our technicians ensure your gate does too. We meticulously inspect your gate system, from sensors to hinges to motors, adjusting and fine-tuning to ensure consistent and effective operation.
Service 2: Fall Preparation
Before winter’s chill sets in, we visit again to prepare your gate for the harsh winter months. This includes everything from the Spring inspection as well as hydraulic oil changes (for hydraulic motors).
After inspection and service, should your gate be in need of repair or if the technician notes the system is not working properly, we will recommend appropriate repairs. This preventative maintenance could prevent a small problem from becoming a large one. We offer priority service and discounted rates for gate service contract members.
